Justin is the sole director of JLP A&A Class Representative Ltd which is bringing a claim against Apple and Amazon. The claim concerns alleged anti-competitive agreements which restricted sales of Apple and Beats products on Amazon and drove up prices for consumers. Justin previously led a claim against BT on behalf of around 3.7 million residential landline customers, which was the first UK opt-out collective competition claim to reach trial in the Competition Appeal Tribunal.

Mark is the sole director of HOCR Ltd which intends to bring a claim against a number of UK housebuilders who are alleged to have exchanged information in breach of competition law. This is said to have allowed them to charge higher prices for new-build homes. Prior to this, Mark represented millions of motorists and businesses who bought or leased new cars in a claim against five shipping companies which were involved in an illegal cartel. That claim has now settled
