March 2025 – Submission to the Civil Justice Council’s Review on Litigation Funding
The Class Representatives Network has written its submission to the Civil Justice Council in support of its timely review of Litigation Funding. Our submission relies heavily on empirical research about class representatives’ experiences, which represents some of the first of its kind in the academic study of class actions globally. We hope that our submission assists the CJC in its review of this vital area of legal development.
