We are keen to hear from anyone who is interested in the Class Representatives Network.

Our work
The network plays an active role in supporting class representatives to perform their duties effectively, and act in the best interests of their class. Currently, we do this by arranging talks with experts on current legal topics, attending conferences, and sharing our personal networks. We would love to do more.

“I am particularly pleased to welcome the setting up of the Class Representatives Network. I am sure that it will make a significant contribution to the smooth working of the regime so that sound class claims can be steered successfully through the legal process and redress for consumers can be recovered.”
— Rt Hon Jenny Willott OBE, Former Minister for Consumer Affairs, responsible for bringing in the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Our Supporters
Supporting class representatives is vital for the future success and legitimacy of UK class actions.
The UK’s collective proceedings regime was designed to follow the Canadian model, which requires claims to be brought by class representatives, rather than law firms. Our regime requires that class representatives are subject to strong scrutiny by the Competition Appeal Tribunal from the outset.
