Kate, along with Claudio Pollack and Charles Arthur, is a partner in AdTech Collective Action LLP which is bringing proceedings against Google on behalf of businesses which published content on websites or apps. AdTech alleges that Google favoured its own ad exchange in breach of competition law, and that these businesses suffered loss as a result.
