Robin is sole director of Bulk Mail Claim Limited which is bringing a claim on behalf of businesses, charities and public bodies who suffered losses caused by Royal Mail's unlawful conduct in relation to the supply of bulk mail delivery services. The claim follows on from Ofcom's 2018 decision that Royal Mail abused its dominant position in the UK market for bulk mail delivery services by attempting to introduce discriminatory prices.
