The Competition Appeal Tribunal website is the authoritative source of information about collective claims in the Tribunal. The Tribunal publishes judgments, rulings, transcripts of hearings, practice directions, speeches and a great deal of other useful information. Many hearings can also be followed live online. Consumer Voice is a consumer-focussed online publication which provides up-to-date information about collective proceedings with a focus on consumers and can be found here.
