September 2024 Report: Selecting Funders and Negotiating Litigation Funding Agreements
The Class Representatives Network has undertaken an empirical research project on the role of class representatives in selecting litigation funders and negotiating funding agreements. This research is the first of its kind, and seeks to plug a major empirical gap in academic and judicial understanding of third party litigation funding.
